I've spent much of my career building and running businesses.
And that means I've experienced technology from the side that matters enormously to MakeBizEasy: the person trying to get the work done.
I've dealt with manual processes that somehow became permanent.
Information scattered across different places.
Routine work consuming far more time than it should.
Simple changes waiting for technical help.
And business systems that technically worked—but made ordinary things unnecessarily difficult.
Those experiences shaped the thinking behind MakeBizEasy AI.
I don't believe businesses need technology for technology's sake.
I believe we should first understand how the business works, where the friction is and what genuinely needs to become easier.
Then we can ask what role technology should play.
Sometimes the answer may be software.
